Flexible commercial arrangements include fixed-price contracts for short-term projects with readily specified requirements, and consultancy agreements for longer-term engagements or when requirements are still being developed.

One-off consultations are also available – typically for clients who seek a fresh pair of eyes to critically appraise an internal approach or piece of work. A Seaglass consultant can spend one or two hours together with you to review and discuss your approach to a project or problem that would benefit from an external perspective.
